As a fluctuation of 1° C in feed water temperature can cause a 3% deviation in permeate production rate, the system will automatically allow for fluctuations in feed water temperature via a variable speed drive on the fee pump’s motor, and a flow meter on the permeate line.

Consistent plant recovery will be maintained through a modulation flow control valve on the reject line, also linked to a reject flow meter.

MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTIONThe ROQ CHIP DOSER delivers constant disinfection all the time, every time.

A proudly South African product, designed in Africa, to withstand harsh African conditions!

A uniquely engineered Calcium hypochlorite product is used; loaded into the hopper of the doser.

Water flow, controlled via a flow meter, enters the bottom dissolution chamber.

Contact with the Calcium hypochlorite product delivers a saturated calcium hypochlorite solution through the perforated base and then added to the desired application.

Two variants of the ROQ CHIP DOSERS are available, namely a 35kg or 180kg hopper size, both delivering constant disinfection.

This product is used for inline dosing of ROQ Chips and provides a slower release of active ingredients without leaving a residue.
